Our Estate range represents our efforts to produce the best wine possible to truly represent the Wilyabrup region.
The formula is hand-picked fruit from old, unirrigated vines which are hand pruned and canopy-managed for low yields and optimum flavour ripeness. Only the best fruit goes into the Estate wines and the process is overseen by the passionate vineyard and winemaking teams.

Reviews:

A fine shiraz from a region not famous for the same. Brings the bonus of five years of age. Toasty, walnut, savoury bouquet, developing gracefully. Abundant tannin chimes in with a firm, clean finish. Some very appealing maturity here. Drink now to 10-plus years.

Huon Hooke, The Sydney Morning Herald, Good Living - Top 50 Winter Wines, 25th May 2010

Margaret River stunner drinking at its peak. Lovely rich and spicy medium-bodied flavours showcasing shiraz at its very best.
John Fordham, The Sunday Telegraph, 18th April 2010

Fresh, vibrant and quite spicy, with hints of clove supporting the ample red fruits; medium-bodied with lovely silky texture, finesse and focus. Screwcap.14% alc.
