Matteo is a people person, with a seemingly boundless enthusiasm for hospitality. He started his own successful coffee van business which has run for 7 years, has built up the cliental and turnover in a couple of cafes and more recently, has been working locally as a wine tour operative in Margaret River, so he knows the region intimately. We really excited to have him on the team, and he's looking forward to meeting you, our guests, and making your experience with us really memorable.
