2012 Estate Aquitaine Blanc

Deep yellow with brassy highlights. A complex and balanced array of aromas derived from grape, yeast and oak. Floral, honeydew melon, citrus, pear, passionfruit and dried herbs characters from the fruit, with smoky vanilla, spice and cashew from the French oak barrels. The finely structured palate is smooth, succulent and layered with a core of citrus and pear fruits, mouth watering, mineral acidity along with barrel complexities of nut-meal and creamed honey vanilla.
