MEMBER TERMS & POLICIES
A two-shipment commitment is required at the time of enrollment. Your credit card will be billed automatically for the retail price of the wines (less club discount). Prices may vary with customization and are subject to change. You may cancel your membership at any time without further obligation once your two-shipment commitment has been met except for wines shipped prior to JUNIPER receipt of your notice of cancellation. This wine club membership is continuous until you cancel it. Please submit all cancellation requests via email to jcollins@juniperestate.com.au or online via your member account to cancel your membership.
How does it work?
Our wine club is simple and flexible—members receive curated selections of Juniper wines delivered straight to their door, with exclusive access to limited releases, special discounts, and invites to member-only events. You choose the pack, how often you receive it, and can pause or update anytime.
Log into your Member Portal and customise your mix, change your personal settings and set your wine preferences.
Which wines will I receive?
If you’ve chosen a custom selection, you’ll receive exactly the wines you’ve picked via your Member portal. If you prefer our pre-pack option, your delivery will feature a hand-selected variety curated by our winemaker, showcasing some of Andy's current favourites.
What happens after I join?
Once you join, you’ll receive a welcome email with all your member details. Your first curated wine pack will be shipped according to your selected schedule, and you’ll start enjoying exclusive member perks—like special discounts, early access to new releases, and invites to member-only events. Sit back, relax, and let Juniper come to you!
Who do you use to ship wines?
You are always welcome to pick your order up from cellar door, we love saying hello! If you prefer your wines shipped, we use AusPost. Get Freighted is our preferred international shipping method.
Free domestic shipping for all wine club members, always!
My cellar is full at the moment, can I skip this delivery?
Absolutely, our club is completely flexible. You can easily request a skip in your portal or by emailing club@juniperestate.com.au.
What if I want to delay my order?
Changes to your delivery schedule can be easily made via your Member Portal. Also, feel free to contact our Wine Club Manager. Jess Collins at jcollins@juniperestate.com.au
What happens if I don't respond or login?
No news is good news, right? If we don't hear from you, we'll assume you're happy with your wine selections and will ship to your door.
