2016 Heritage Block 8 Shiraz

Deep red in colour with a purple rim. The nose shows impressive fragrance and concentration; plus red fruits, florals cinnamon and leather notes that are subtle, complex and alluring. The palate is medium-bodied, with restrained cherry and raspberry fruit flavours, dried herb, roasted almond, and savoury complexities. Dense and persistent, with velvety fine tannins. A magnificent wine with eye fillet of beef.
