The bouquet shows a violet scented floral lift from the carbonic maceration with ripe raspberry and blueberry fruits and background smokey oak.Medium-bodied in weight, soft, juicy and succulent.Blueberry and re currant flavours vie with a suggestion of raspberry confectionary.Acidity and tannin are in harmony with the oak and the finish is impressibvely long. Excellent with beef daube Provencal with orange and olives, or Spaghetti alla Puttanesca
