2009 Higher Plane Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose is loaded with varietal Cabernet Sauvignon fruit characters of blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry and plum with complexing aromas of cassis and dried herbs plus mocha vanilla from the oak. The palate is silky smooth from start to the long finish and the fruit flavours follow what the nose suggests with balanced concentration and ultra fine tannins.
