2012 Estate Shiraz

On the nose, pronounced dark fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and blueberry are met with hints of cured pancetta, anise, cinnamon, and charry oak. The palate offers a broad spectrum of intense ripe fruit flavours and savoury complexity. Blackberry, salted plum and 
caramelised fig characters intermingle with, olive, cured meats, espresso and cacao notes. This wine offers incredible depth of flavour and a velvety, lithe texture. The finish is seductive and persistent.
