2021 Three Fields Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Pale straw, clear & bright. A restrained & pure nose, having aromas of lemon blossom & gooseberry, layered with sandalwood & cinnamon from judicious use of French oak. Great freshness & drive on the palate. A fine, grainy texture is balanced by citrussy acidity. Flavours of pear, honeydew melon & citrus are complemented by baking spice & fennel. Harmonious, long & wonderfully complex. A fine accompliment to avocado & crab salad, or chickpea, lemon & herb salad with tomatoes & grilled haloumi.
