Dark red in appearance. The nose shows floral notes, blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry and plum fruits with complex characters of cassis, nutmeg and dusty dried herbs. Oak contributes suggestions of cedar & vanilla. The palate is full bodied, concentrated & dense. Intense fruit  characters are complemented by liquorice, spice, menthol & vanilla flavours, balanced by savoury notes & framed with ultra-fine chalky tannins. Incredible length. Try this with Beef rib roast, mushrooms, red onion and horseradish jam or Eggplant mesa'a'ah (Egyptian spiced eggplant)
