2016 Heritage Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

Very pale straw in colour. The nose shows aromas of kaffir lime leaves, wet river stones, & sea spray. The wine has a fine, creamy mousse & the palate is fresh, fine, pure & complex, showing bright acidity & citrus bursts of lemon. Overall, a wine of great length, texture & persistence.
