2017 Cornerstone Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep red in appreance with purple hues. The wine has a complex & concentrated nose, suggestive of an array of red & black skinned berries, vanilla & a touch of cigar box. The palate is a textbook example of power with finesse, showing concentrated fruit flavours, integrated oak & seamless tannins. A fine match with Scotch fillet with a mixed mushroom sauce or vegetable cassoulet with beans and spinach.
