2017 Estate Aquitaine Blanc

Pale yellow with a silver tint. The bouquet has toasty, nutty oak notes cossetting passionfruit, snowpea, lemon tart and nougart characters. The medium to full-bodied finely structured palate has an appealing creaminess and is almost savoury, but with refreshing, clean, tangy grapefruit acidity on the long finish.
