Bright crimson in appearance. Complex & pure aromatics, think raspberry, blackcurrant, & cola with middle eastern spice. The palate is supple & brightly fruited with pops of red & black currant plus a hint of black olive. All framed by a fine earthy, savoury tannin & bright acidity. Pairs nicely with Albondigas (Spanish meatballs) in a smooth & smoky sofrito sauce or Piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese
