2023 Heritage Semillon

Straw in colour, with bright green tinges. A complex bouquet of lemon barley, candied almonds and distinct toastiness. Richly textured yet zesty & bright. Intense lemon zest is complemented by a hint of salinity & a roasted almond character from barrel fermentation. Excellent with fish & chips or Taleggio tart with walnut pastry
