"This is spicy and cool, plenty of struck match, lime, grapefruit, fresh mint, lemon myrtle and cheese sticks. It’s tangy, leans into citrus rather than stone fruit, perhaps a bit of green melon and cucumber, it’s kind of flinty with a bit of lime zest, some of the green bean and parmesan rind stuff that comes with that a la mode Margaret River 
modernist school of winemaking, and it finishes crisp and long, with something of a saline tang to it. Nice wine. Of a style, but good in that way.”
